Job description

The Leasing and Service Professional, Level 2 performs the full leasing cycle for the community, including prospect conversion, lease execution, renewal support, and resident retention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospect traffic from inquiry to signed lease
• Conduct tours and demonstrate apartment/community value
• Coordinate leasing, renewals, and resident retention activities
• Maintain accurate traffic, availability, lead, and application records
• Support marketing and outreach efforts
• Maintain model and tour readiness standards
• Provide courteous service to residents, prospects, and vendors
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through disciplined follow-up
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Multifamily leasing experience
• Basic understanding of competitor shopping and outreach marketing

• 401K: Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
• Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
• 11 Paid Holidays per year.
• Parental leave: Following six months of employment, eligible for four weeks of paid parental leave (primary caregiver) or two weeks (secondary caregiver). After two years, eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave if primary caregiver.
• Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses, with repayment obligations if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
