Job summary

Two Coast Living in San Jose is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, tour properties, answer questions, and guide them to the perfect home. You’ll be the friendly face during the leasing journey.

You’ll earn commissions per lease ($50–$100) and enjoy weekends on the busiest days; paid sick leave applies. A high school diploma is required, and prior property management or sales experience is a plus.

• Previous property management or sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet future residents and assist in finding the right apartment.
• Tour properties, answer questions, and guide move-in processes.
• Hit leasing goals while delivering top-notch customer service.
• Assist current residents with renewals when needed.
