Job summary

Pedcor Companies’ Residences of Gallatin is seeking a professional Leasing Consultant to join our team and help prospective residents find a home. You will guide applicants through the rental process, tour the community, and prepare lease documents with a focus on exceptional service.

Experience in leasing or sales is preferred, including familiarity with Section 42/LIHTC properties. Weekend availability, including Saturday rotations, is required to support leasing goals and occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Section 42/LIHTC experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend availability required, including participation in a Saturday rotation.

Salary Range: $19.00 To $21.00 Hourly

Leasing Consultant

Are you passionate about customer service, sales, and helping people find a place to call home? The Residences of Gallatin is seeking a professional, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team!

While apartment leasing experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn. Experience with Section 42/Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) communities is preferred.

What You'll Do

• Tour the community and apartment homes with prospective residents
• Assist with the application and move-in process
