Job summary

Pedcor Management Corporation is seeking a Leasing Representative to join our property management team in Nebraska. You will showcase available units to prospective tenants, greet visitors, conduct tours, and help applicants understand leasing options while delivering excellent customer service.

The role involves coordinating with residents, processing lease agreements and renewals, and assisting with move‑in and move‑out activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with handling lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with residents and applicants.
