Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate in Vancouver, WA to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for Brookside 112, a 369-unit community. You will conduct tours (virtual and in-person), ensure a stellar move-in experience, and support resident relations and renewals.

Applicants should have prior sales/customer service experience, be proficient in MS Office, and comfortable with Yardi/One Site. Competitive compensation includes housing discounts and benefits.

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions.
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

Brookside 112 is a 369-unit community in east Vancouver, WA, set among dense trees and walking paths while still offering easy access to downtown. Residents choose from classic or newly remodeled floor plans with full-size washers and dryers and vaulted ceilings in select homes, and enjoy two swimming pools, a resident clubhouse, club-quality fitness center and covered/garage parking.

The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.
• Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participatein weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
