Role Description

The Leasing Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This role is responsible for greeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, and presenting apartment features and community amenities. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, following up with leads, processing applications, preparing lease documents, and ensuring accurate lease administration and records. The Leasing Professional supports resident retention by providing excellent customer service, addressing resident concerns, and coordinating renewals. Additional responsibilities include assisting with marketing activities, maintaining model units and common areas, and collaborating with the property management team to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and resident retention skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and support a high-quality resident experience.
• Experience with leases and lease administration, including application processing, document preparation, and compliance with property policies.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to prospective and current residents.
• Basic proficiency with property management or CRM software, and comfort using email, spreadsheets, and office productivity tools.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior leasing, sales, or hospitality experience in residential real estate or a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work required on-site hours, including some evenings and weekends based on community needs.
