Emerge is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our property management team. This role focuses on greeting prospects, qualifying leads, and guiding applicants through the leasing process across our apartment communities in Texas, Georgia, and Florida.

You will conduct tours, process applications, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction. Strong communication, deadlines, and multi-tasking are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with maintenance for prompt service requests and updates.

We’re a dedicated firm that strives to deliver exceptional value to our partners, properties, and our residents.About the Role:We are currently looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Professional to join our Emerge team. The role of a Leasing Professional requires high energy and an intense desire to make a real difference in people’s lives and a commitment to anticipate and exceed the expectations of our residents and prospects. This diverse role combines sales, customer service and marketing to lease apartment homes and build excellent relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive in anticipating and exceeding expectations in all areas of the Leasing Professional role. Specifically in this role, you will be responsible for greeting prospects, qualifying leads, and documenting all interactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining electronic guest cards, inspecting models, and communicating service needs to the property manager. Additionally, you will provide quotes, assist with online applications, and disclose upfront leasing fees and approval requirements.
