Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative for our Augusta community. You will coordinate the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will work with the on-site team to develop and execute marketing plans, conduct tours, screen applicants, and support lease renewals to maximize occupancy and retention in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: High school diploma or GED is required.
• Language ability: Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Math ability: Basic arithmetic for budgets and financial records.
• Reasoning ability: Apply sales skills, generate leads, present, qualify prospects, close sales.
• Computer skills: Proficiency with word processing, and internet marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments before move-in and ensures readiness.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs offsite marketing activities and drives traffic to the property.
• Uses property management software to track availability and manage data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and coordinates with maintenance.
