Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage leasing, conduct tours, and coordinate applications for a residential community. The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and teamwork to drive occupancy and a positive resident experience.

The position requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), proficiency in MS Office, and flexibility to work weekends. Competitive pay includes health/dental/vision and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focused with the ability to be a strong team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients, including walking the property and stairs.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• May require state-specific license or certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage all leasing process aspects, including leasing apartments and preparing paperwork.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone and email; schedule appointments and maintenance requests.
• Assist with weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly tone.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Leasing & Marketing Professional are as follows:

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions and provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, making appointments and creating and following up with maintenance requests.
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and friendly tone

Qualifications

The qualifications for a Leasing & Marketing Professional are as follows:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Typical base compensation range depending on experience: $19.50 to $20.00 per hour USD.
