Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage all facets of the leasing process, greet and tour prospective residents, and deliver exceptional customer service for a growing residential portfolio.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a flexible schedule including weekends. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. On-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work well in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Ability to tour the community with clients, climb stairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone and email, schedule appointments and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned.
• Receive deposits and rent money and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly tone.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Leasing & Marketing Professional are as follows:

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions and provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, making appointments and creating and following up with maintenance requests.
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and friendly tone

Qualifications

The qualifications for a Leasing & Marketing Professional are as follows:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focused with the ability to be a strong team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients, which includes walking the property and climbing stairs.
• This role MAY require a valid driver's license.
• This role may require you to obtain a state specific license or certification.
