Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage leasing processes, greet clients, and perform property tours across our communities. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic residential environment.

The position offers a competitive base pay in the $22.00–$23.00 per hour range, USD, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions and provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, including providing leasing information, scheduling appointments and following up on maintenance requests.
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly tone.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.


• Must be able to tour the community with clients, which includes walking the property and climbing stairs.


• This role MAY require a valid driver's license.


• This role may require you to obtain a state specific license or certification.
