Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage all aspects of the leasing process, greet clients, provide tours, process applications and renewals, and respond to inquiries.

The role requires excellent communication, a customer‑service mindset, teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexibility for weekends, a valid driver's license, and possible state licensing are required; benefits include health, dental, vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focused with strong teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely, organized manner.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Ability to tour the community, including stairs.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• State license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions and provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, including leasing information, appointments and maintenance requests follow-up.
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and friendly tone
