The Franklin Group in Landover, MD is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing consultants and develop leasing plans to attract new residents and retain current ones. You will supervise staff, ensure occupancy goals are met, and coordinate with the Community Manager to implement effective retention strategies.
Responsibilities include approving leases, managing renewals, scheduling and reporting, and maintaining accurate leasing data.

JOB SUMMARY: The Leasing Manager supervises the staff of leasing consultants and is responsible for developing and implementing a leasing plan to attract new residents and retain current residents.
