  • Duties : Responsibilities will include but are not limited to assisting with coordination of department mailing, filing, sorting, monitoring and routing emails that come into the department email inbox, maintaining physical and electronic records, and other clerical duties as needed. Possessing the ability to open, save, name, move, sort, enter, and manipulate data in Excel, as well as the ability to use basic computer functions. Ability to clearly, accurately, and professionally communicate verbally and via email with internal and external customers and establish effective working relationships.
