Responsibilities

• Answer leasing availability inquiries through multiple channels: Email, telephone, in person, and broker referrals.
• Show apartments in person and virtually, and answer questions from prospective tenants.
• Process Tenant Applications: Send forms, evaluate results, and approve/reject applications with guidance.
• Schedule and optimize apartment occupancy.
• Coordinate move-in with Tenant, Operations staff, and building supers.
• Oversee Lease Renewals for tenants.
• Liaison between tenants and management staff.
• Manage end-of-lease interactions, move-out instructions, and security deposits.

Your main responsibility will be to handle a challenging but rewarding work flow revolving around all aspects of leasing and occupancy management for our student and intern housing.

Your tasks include :

• Answering leasing availability inquiries through multiple channels : Email, telephone, in person, and broker referrals
• Showing apartments in person and virtually, and answering questions from prospective tenants
• Processing Tenant Applications: Sending the forms to the tenants, evaluating the results, and accepting or rejecting applications (with our guidance of course)
• Scheduling and optimization of apartment occupancy. Are you good at Tetris?
• Coordinating the move-in with the Tenant, Operations staff, and building supers.
• Oversee Lease Renewals for tenants
• Liaison between tenants and management staff
• Managing end of lease tenant interaction, that ranges from, move out instructions to returning the Tenants Security Deposit
