Job summary

RENOSY by Renters Warehouse is seeking a Leasing Coordinator in Minneapolis to serve as the central link between BDMs, Property Managers, homeowners, and operations to bring new properties to market quickly and accurately.

You will manage onboarding, listing activation, and pre-listing readiness, coordinate field activities and photography, and ensure listings are complete, compliant, and published on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new management agreements from sale to listing activation.
• Ensure listings are completed accurately and published within service level expectations.
• Review agreements for completeness and identify missing information.
• Coordinate with Business Development Managers to obtain outstanding documentation or property details.
• Serve as primary contact for owners during the pre-listing process.
• Ensure all listing information is accurate, complete, and compliant before publication.
• Act as liaison between BDMs, Property Managers, Leasing Property Managers, photographers, vendors and internal departments.
• Coordinate property onboarding activities including walkthroughs, photography, lockbox installation, key collection and readiness.
• Escalate issues quickly to prevent delays in timelines or listing readiness.
• Verify property details including pricing, lease terms, utilities, amenities, pet policies, HOA information.
• Create compelling, accurate, and Fair Housing-compliant listing descriptions.
• Review listing photos and media for quality and completeness.
• Ensure listings accurately represent the property before going live.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and related systems.
• Update opportunities and property records throughout onboarding.
• Track listing progress and identify delays proactively.
• Ensure required documentation is uploaded and organized.

RENOSY by Renters Warehouse is a technology-enabled property management service and platform focused primarily on single-family rental homes and small residential portfolios across the United States.

Originally known as Renters Warehouse, the company was rebranded in April 2026 after being acquired by GA Technologies.

Summary

The Leasing Coordinator serves as the central point of coordination between Business Development Managers (BDMs), Property Managers, Leasing Property Managers, homeowners, and internal operations teams to ensure every new property is brought to market quickly, accurately, and with an exceptional owner experience.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Listing Coordination

• Manage the onboarding process for newly signed management agreements from point of sale through listing activation.
• Ensure listings are completed accurately and published within company service level expectations.
• Review agreements and documentation for completeness and identify missing information.
• Coordinate with Business Development Managers to obtain outstanding documentation or property details.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners during the pre-listing process.
• Ensure all listing information is accurate, complete, and compliant before publication.

Internal Coordination

• Act as the liaison between Business Development Managers, Property Managers, Leasing Property Managers, photographers, vendors, and other internal departments.
• Coordinate property onboarding activities, including walkthroughs, photography, lockbox installation, key collection, and property readiness.
• Ensure handoffs between departments occur smoothly and without delays.
• Escalate issues quickly when timelines or listing readiness are at risk.

Listing Quality

• Verify property details including pricing, lease terms, utilities, amenities, pet policies, HOA information, and other listing information.
• Create compelling, accurate, and Fair Housing-compliant listing descriptions.
• Review listing photos and media for quality and completeness.
• Ensure listings accurately represent the property before going live.

Field Responsibilities

• Conduct property visits as needed.
• Coordinate or perform lockbox installation.
• Collect keys and access devices.
• Assist with photography or walkthrough coordination.
• Verify property readiness for marketing.

Administrative & Systems

• Maintain accurate records within Salesforce and related systems.
• Update opportunities and property records throughout the onboarding process.
• Track listing progress and proactively identify delays.
• Ensure required documentation is uploaded and organized.

Education and/or experience

High School Diploma or GED required. 1–3 years of property management, leasing, project management or related experience preferred.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and sit at a desk working on a computer for multiple hours a day. The employee frequently is required to stand for multiple hours a day, climb flights of stairs and drive a vehicle when out in the field. The employee is occasionally required to walk; use hands to handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls when out in the field. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Travel Requirements: 5%-25% of travel required in a 50–100-mile radius around assigned area.
