Job summary

The Abbey at Briar Forest in Houston, TX is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant to guide prospective residents from first visit to move-in. You will handle tours, assemble lease packages, and leverage CRM tools like Knock alongside OneSite to manage leads and follow-ups.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, leasing experience preferred, and a friendly, professional communication style. Saturdays availability is required; Sundays closed.

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience required.
• Experience with Knock CRM and OneSite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing questions.
• Prepare lease packages and ensure all paperwork is accurate.
• Use OneSite and Knock to manage leads, follow-ups, and communication.
• Help manage community marketing, including social media posts and events.
• Follow up with prospects and resident requests in a timely and professional way.
• Provide top-notch service both in person and over the phone.
• Keep the office and tour spaces clean, organized, and welcoming.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing questions

• Prepare lease packages and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete

• Use OneSite and CRM (Knock) to manage leads, follow-ups, and communication

• Help manage community marketing efforts, including:

  • Social media posts

  • Planning resident events with the Property Manager

• Follow up with prospects and resident requests in a timely and professional way

• Provide top-notch service both in person and over the phone

• Keep the office and tour spaces clean, organized, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For:

• Leasing experience preferred, but at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience required
