Job summary

Haverkamp Properties in Ankeny, IA is seeking a motivated leasing professional to join our team. You’ll provide outstanding customer service, stay connected with qualified leads, and help with pre-leasing activities to promote our properties to students and the community.

You’ll close leases, address objections, collaborate with the Community Manager and team, and contribute to achieving occupancy goals while maintaining high standards of service and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by staying connected with qualified leads
• Assist with pre-leasing; this includes communication with current and future residents, participating in promotional events, working with the Community Manager to relate rightly with the local college, etc.
• Solve problems by overcoming objections
• Lease apartments and use the tools and resources available to close the sale
• Support other team members by assisting them as needed
• Lead Generation
• Lead Conversion
• Customer Fulfillment
• We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers:
• Help achieve weekly pre-leasing goals with a greater than 95% occupancy end goal
• Obtain a renewal retention rate of greater than 35%
• Effectively maintain a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month
