Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Agent to act as the heartbeat of our community, connecting prospective residents with their ideal home. You will guide applicants through the leasing process, conduct tours, and collaborate with maintenance to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes sales and exceptional customer service, with flexible weekend hours and a compensation range of $15–$18 per hour plus monthly bonuses. Benefits include health, dental, PTO, and 401(k) match.

• Previous Sales or Customer Service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexible hours, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and current residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the leasing process, helping prospective residents through the application and background process.
• Show off our community! Schedule and conduct tours of available units.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to address tenant requests and solve potential apartment issues.
