Leasing Consultant (Part-Time) - Alexander at Stonecrest

Position Overview

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant (Part-Time) to join our team at Alexander at Stonecrest, a 262-unit apartment community in Lithonia, GA. You will be responsible for responding to prospect inquiries, showing the property, and managing leasing paperwork.

Responsibilities
  1. Show the property to prospects and convert them into residents.
  2. Promptly answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
  3. Maintain and follow up on leasing and application paperwork.
  4. Record traffic and leasing data in Yardi.
  5. Conduct marketing and outreach activities for the property.
Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9 am - 2 pm.

Qualifications
  • Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience with Section 8, Section 42, or Market Rate housing preferred.
  • Yardi software experience preferred.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
