Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance is required, including showing units, qualifying prospects, tours, and lease execution.

The role emphasizes timely follow-up, accurate data, and collaborative marketing to drive occupancy. Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills for on-site software, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all leasing activities necessary to close sales, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and follow-up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans to increase property traffic, achieve leasing goals, and perform administrative tasks.
• Enforce community policies and contribute to resident retention programs.
