Job summary

Bryten in Albuquerque, NM, seeks a friendly Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process. You’ll conduct tours, respond to inquiries, process applications, and coordinate with maintenance to keep the property looking its best.

We value excellent customer service, strong organization, and clear communication. A HS diploma or GED is required; college degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing or related field desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and via email.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications and lease renewals accurately.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests promptly.
• Support resident retention through excellent customer service.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure high standards of the property.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team and play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents.What You’ll Be DoingAs our Leasing Consultant, you'll be the welcoming face of the community—responsible for creating exceptional experiences for prospective and current residents while supporting the overall success of the property. Key responsibilities include:• Greeting and engaging prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and through electronic communication• Conducting community tours and showcasing apartment homes and amenities• Assisting prospective residents throughout the leasing process, from initial inquiry through move-in• Processing rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately and efficiently• Responding to resident questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner• Supporting resident retention efforts through outstanding customer service and community engagement• Maintaining organized and accurate resident files, records, and leasing documentation• Inspecting community appearance and coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure high standards are maintained• Assisting with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to support occupancy goals• Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and applicable laws• Promoting a positive, welcoming, and inclusive community environment• Performing other duties as assignedWho You AreWe’re looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for people.
