Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant for multifamily properties. You will work with the onsite management team to attract and qualify prospects, showcase community amenities, and drive occupancy targets.

You will process applications, coordinate move-ins, and deliver exceptional service to residents while supporting property operations and maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Travel 20% or more to multiple properties in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects and answering questions about amenities and grounds.
• Drive the sale by highlighting quality and lifestyle of the apartment home.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed expectations and maintain retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals and support leasing staff.
