Job summary

Lighthouse Property Management, Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the lease process on a Tue-Sat schedule. You will use Yardi for data entry and help with daily operations, while delivering exceptional resident service.

This full-time, on-site role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly pay with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Professional appearance and customer focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process.
• Conduct tours and highlight features and benefits of each apartment.
• Practice the ABCs, Always Be Closing.
• Follow up with prospects and track all calls and visits.
• Process applications, collect deposits, and prepare lease paperwork.
• Ensure apartments are ready for move in day.
• Respond to calls, questions, and concerns with professionalism.
• Coordinate service requests with maintenance and follow up with residents.
• Support renewals and encourage referrals.
• Help plan and host resident events.
• Participate in outreach marketing and community events.
• Shop competitors and monitor advertising results.
• Assist with signage, flyers, and promotions.
• Enter leases and data accurately in Yardi.
• Follow company procedures.
• Support the Property Manager as needed.
