Job summary
Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a driven Leasing Consultant for One90 Firewheel in Garland, TX. You will drive tours, close leases, and deliver a premium resident experience from first contact to move-in.
The ideal candidate has 1+ year of multifamily leasing experience, strong sales instincts, and comfort with social media engagement and marketing efforts. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities
- Operate a full leasing desk with calls, emails, texts, and walk-in traffic.
- Conduct apartment tours, showcase floor plans and amenities.
- Build rapport and guide prospects through the leasing process.
- Follow up with leads and maintain guest cards and records.
- Process applications, prepare lease paperwork, and coordinate move-ins.
- Support lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.

- Operate a full leasing desk, including phone calls, emails, text messaging, and walk-in traffic
- Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities, lifestyle offerings, and floor plans
- Build rapport with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain accurate guest cards and prospect records
- Process applications, prepare lease paperwork, and coordinate move-ins
- Support lease renewals and resident retention initiatives
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor communities
- Utilize social media platforms to promote community events, resident experiences, and available homes
- Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts
- Collaborate closely with property management, concierge, and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless resident experience
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the high standards of a luxury community
- Leasing goals and occupancy targets are consistently achieved
- Prospective residents receive an exceptional and personalized leasing experience

- Minimum 1 year of successful multifamily leasing experience required
- Proven sales track record with the ability to meet or exceed leasing goals
- Experience with OneSite strongly preferred
- Experience with lead management systems, CRM platforms, and guest card follow-up required
- Strong customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills
- Social media knowledge and experience using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday
