Responsibilities

  • Tourting and presenting the community in a compelling way and assisting prospective residents in finding the right apartment home
  • Managing the leasing/renewal process from start to finish
  • Monitoring local market trends and updating property comparables
  • Inspecting vacant apartment homes to ensure they are ready for new residents
  • Planning and coordinating resident functions throughout the year
  • Building strong relationships with residents through outstanding customer service

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hospitality, or customer service
  • Previous leasing experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong customer service and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Experience in hotel or hospitality industry roles is a plus

Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on experience and other factors. Additional compensation such as bonuses or commissions may apply.
