Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is looking for Leasing Agents who are the heartbeat of our community. You’ll connect with prospective residents, guide them through the application process, and showcase our beautiful apartments while building trust and rapport.

You’ll schedule tours, coordinate with maintenance, and help residents feel at home. A sales-driven mindset, excellent communication, and weekend availability are key.

Qualifications

• Previous Sales or Customer Service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and current residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the leasing process, helping prospective residents through the application and background process.
• Show off our community!
• Schedule and conduct tours of available units.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to address tenant requests and solve potential apartment issues.
