Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries, market properties, and guide renters through leasing and renewal processes. You will ensure standards are met and uphold Fair Housing guidelines while delivering excellent customer service.

Primary duties include processing applications, preparing contracts, touring units, and maintaining accurate records in the property management system. A state leasing license or ability to obtain one is required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries/leads to identify potential renters, market, lease, and renew apartment leases in accordance with Company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Processes lease applications and prepares new lease contracts for CM approval.
• Inspects units and conducts tours for prospects including vacant, model, and common areas.
• Keeps logging of prospect information into Property Management software and communicates promptly.
