The Darby at Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help future residents find their next home by touring the community, processing lease applications, and preparing leases and related documents. You will plan and attend resident events, collect and secure rent payments, and support retention efforts while promoting the positive image of the community.

• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations
