Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Prior leasing experience preferred.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; weekend availability.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by highlighting unique features and benefits of the community.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents through all steps to secure a lease.
• Serve as a resource for residents to express concerns and help resolve issues.
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents.
• Maintain accurate office records and perform administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Coordinate resident events and activities.
