Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and via email.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documents accurately.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Leasing Consultant**to join our team and play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents. **What You’ll Be Doing**As our **Leasing Consultant**, you'll be the welcoming face of the community—responsible for creating exceptional experiences for prospective and current residents while supporting the overall success of the property. Key responsibilities include:• Greeting and engaging prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and through electronic communication • Conducting community tours and showcasing apartment homes and amenities • Assisting prospective residents throughout the leasing process, from initial inquiry through move-in • Processing rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately and efficiently • Responding to resident questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner • Supporting resident retention efforts through outstanding customer service and community engagement • Maintaining organized and accurate resident files, records, and leasing documentation • Inspecting community appearance and coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure high standards are maintained • Assisting with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to support occupancy goals • Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and applicable laws • Promoting a positive, welcoming, and inclusive community environment • Performing other duties as assigned**Who You Are** We’re looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for people.
