Bell Partners Inc. in Issaquah, WA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, coordinate tours, and respond to leasing inquiries while coordinating renewals with current residents.

You will serve as the central link between residents, management, and maintenance to ensure a high-quality living experience. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of customer service experience (hospitality or leasing preferred), a professional image, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role.
• Must demonstrate exceptional customer service and professional image.
• Able to work on a team and communicate effectively in writing and conversation.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property’s products and services in accordance with budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and competition.
• Coordinate resident applications and complete lease packets with all addendums.
• Follow up with residents throughout the lease and address inquiries or issues promptly.

The position will also interact with current residents regarding day-to-day issues as well as coordinating the renewals of existing leases.
