Qualifications

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet prospects warmly and provide professional presentations of the community’s features and amenities.
  • Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain a high level of service orientation, making current residents feel welcome, comfortable, and valued.
  • Stay informed about local market conditions and trends to effectively position the community.
  • Contribute ideas to the management team for marketing strategies and resident satisfaction improvements.
  • Generate traffic by making calls to area employers, merchants, and locator services to promote the community.
  • Assist in planning and implementing advertising and marketing programs, with approval from management.
  • Follow up with prospects and residents to foster positive relationships and encourage lease renewals.
