Renoir Staffing, LLC. in Hayward, CA is seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee leasing and pre-leasing activities under the Property Manager.

You will review applications, conduct tours, prepare lease paperwork, and coordinate resident events to support the property's occupancy goals. Requirements include at least one year of leasing experience in property management, knowledge of Affordable Housing/Tax Credit programs, and familiarity with AMSI, YARDI or Rent Roll.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Leasing Agent in property management is required.
• Affordable Housing/Tax Credit experience is a plus.
• Experience with AMSI, YARDI and/or Rent Roll software is a plus.
• Excellent closing ratio.
• Strong computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, e-mail and internet.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills are required.
• Work well under pressure; computer literacy if applicable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels.

Responsabilités

• Review applications for new rentals.
• Prepare lease paperwork.
• Review the lease of existing residents.
• Conduct tours of available apartments.
• Process requests by tenants and maintenance staff.
• Assist in coordinating resident activities.
• Taking applications, deposits and verifying all information to be true and correct.
• Special projects assigned by Assistant and Property Manager.
