Summit Property Management in North East San Antonio is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, provide information about the community, and coordinate tours of available floor plans. You will help applicants complete online forms and verify apartment availability and pricing, ensuring accurate data in the leasing system.

The role requires strong customer service, Spanish language skills preferred, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of on-site leasing experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college-level education preferred
• 1+ years of on-site leasing experience
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
• Possesses superior customer service attitude
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• One-Site experience preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Physical Demands:

The job is prominently sedentary but requires mobility (i.e. climbing stairs or squatting) to tour and inspect apartments/communities. Involves sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time and stooping for brief periods of time. There is some repetitive motion of the hands and wrists associated with using a computer.
