Job summary

Marquette Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for our property in the Saint Charles area. You will generate traffic, tour guests, and close leases while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional image.

The role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong communication and sales skills. Weekend availability is preferred as we strive to maximize occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate traffic to the property and qualify prospective residents.
• Schedule and conduct property tours for applicants.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Close lease deals and explain terms of occupancy and pricing.
• Collaborate with team to implement marketing plans and events.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, and conversions.
• Represent the property professionally and uphold brand standards.
