Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking an Experience Team Member (ETM) to join our Norman property in Oklahoma. This role blends marketing, relationship building, administration and customer service to deliver outstanding resident experiences.

The ETM thrives in a fast-paced, college community and requires excellent interpersonal skills, reliability and a proactive mindset. Daytime hours with some on-call rotation support a dynamic campus lifestyle and opportunities to contribute to local marketing

Responsibilities

• Prioritize customer interactions and provide community tours.
• Share feedback on sales barriers with management.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives per plan.
• Suggest local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Assist with social media and cross-platform communications.
• Help plan and run customer experience initiatives.
• Represent the community professionally at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of community policies and operations.
• Log, file, and retrieve customer packages.
• Assist with office, clubhouse, grounds, and amenity upkeep.
• Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests.
• Keep the office area clean and organized.
• Handle after-hours lockout duties as needed.

Your Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

• Prioritize interactions and communication with customers. Provide community and amenity tours.
• Provide feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management team.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as outlined by management.
• Provide recommendations on local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Assist with social media and communication on various platforms to engage customers.
• Assist with planning, promoting and executing customer experience initiatives, engagement initiatives, and additional marketing opportunities.
• Always represent the community positively and professionally, both in and out of the office.

Property Administration

• Demonstrate proficiency with general community, market and policy knowledge.
• Log, file and retrieve customer packages.
• Assist with general housekeeping involved with opening, closing and maintaining the office, clubhouse, grounds and amenities.
• Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests to aid in timely resolutions.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness.
• Assist with after-hours lock out duties as required.
