Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking a personable Leasing Specialist to connect with prospective residents, conduct tours of model apartments, and guide applicants through rental processes. You will be the face of the community, using strong sales skills and organizational abilities to convert inquiries into leases.

The ideal candidate has leasing or property management experience, a valid driver’s license, and Saturday availability.

Qualifications

This position is created for a certain individual that has high energy, great communication and sales skills. In this client facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business and being the face of the community. We are looking for someone with sales experience in leasing apartments.
