Job summary

Habitat America is seeking an entry level and professional full time Leasing Consultant for Riverwoods at Tollgate in Abingdon, Maryland. The property features 141 apartment homes and requires 2+ years of property management leasing experience.

Responsibilities include reception, customer service, office duties, and supporting the leasing process. Yardi and MS Office experience are a plus, and tax credit housing experience is a plus, but not required.

Habitat America, a growing property management company, seeks an entry level and professional full time Leasing Consultant for Riverwoods at Tollgate in Abingdon, Maryland. Tollgate I & II consists of 141 apartment homes.

Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, "can do" attitude. Qualified candidates should have Tax Credit housing experience but is not required, be sales oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service. 2+ years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role required. This position would be responsible for reception, customer service, office phone/file/etc, and other office duties.
