Job summary

Bridge Property Management in Marietta, GA is seeking a Senior Leasing and Service Professional, Level 3 to lead leasing execution, support occupancy performance, and train junior leasing associates. You will perform leasing, move-ins, renewals, and oversee documentation to ensure a smooth tenant journey.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, with strong communication and coaching abilities.

Job description

The Leasing and Service Professional, Level 3 is a senior individual contributor who leads leasing execution, supports occupancy performance, and provides day-to-day training and guidance to junior leasing associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform leasing, move-in, renewal, and transfer activities
  • Qualify prospects and conduct high-quality tours
  • Maintain consistent follow-up cadence for all traffic sources
  • Process applications, approvals, payments, and lease documentation
  • Inspect show units and tour paths for readiness
  • Support resident retention and outreach initiatives
  • Train, mentor, and coach less experienced leasing team members
  • Assist management with competitor research
  • Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience
  • Strong administrative accuracy and leasing systems proficiency
  • Ability to coach peers and model best practices
Preferred Qualifications
  • Multifamily leasing experience
  • Training or onboarding experience
  • Valid driver's license where travel between communities is required

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing communication abilities
  • Ability to professionally handle escalated resident or prospect concerns

  • Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations
Technology Skills
  • Familiarity with reporting tools, lead management systems, and occupancy tracking
  • Ability to use mobile technology and communication
  • Strong proficiency with property management and leasing systems
  • Ability to manage leasing workflows, approvals, and reporting accurately
  • Experience with CRM systems, digital leasing tools, and online applications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to train team members on leasing systems and operational technology platforms effectively

PHYSICAL/WORK REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequent walking, standing, touring, and computer work
  • May require local travel and weekend availability

  • 401K: Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
