Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents by planning and participating in marketing activities, greeting applicants, showcasing the community, and collecting applications.
• Communicate the features and benefits of the community with potential residents.
• Assist the Community Manager by processing applications, taking resident phone calls, following up with prospects, and completing administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in apartment leasing
• A valid driver's license to operate the company vehicle or golf cart
• Experience with property management software (RealPage, OneSite, Yardi) or the ability to learn such software
• Knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft Office

Schedule Requirements

Monday - Friday with some weekends (not every weekend)
