Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide information, conduct on-site tours, and lease apartments to prospective residents while delivering friendly service to current tenants.

You will handle leasing tasks, know apartment specifications, pricing, and notices, process service requests via Yardi, and greet clients in a welcoming, fair-housing compliant manner. 1–2 years in sales and customer service preferred; MS Office skills required.

• Basic math skills.
• Competence in personal computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and onsite tours of the community with the goal to lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Deliver excellent customer service to current residents to positively impact the property.
• Process resident communications and service requests, entering them into Yardi and notifying the Service Team.
• Greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly, welcoming manner while adhering to Fair Housing regulations.

What You’ll Do

The Leasing Consultant provides information, onsite tours of the community, with the intent to lease apartments to prospective residents; provides customer service to existing residents to make a positive impact for the property.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.

Requirements

What You Bring

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office, (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).

The expected compensation range for this position is $20.00 – $23.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
