Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in leasing or a related customer service/sales role.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments and guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Prepare and explain lease documents for move-in with accuracy and professionalism.
• Screen applicants and ensure compliance with affordable housing programs where applicable.
• Support daily operations with the Property Manager to ensure apartments are ready for move-in.
• Maintain leasing and traffic data and meet occupancy goals.

This position involves showing apartments, handling leasing inquiries, processing applications, and supporting the overall success of the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, conducting tours, and showcasing the community's features and amenities.
• Preparing and explaining lease documents with accuracy and professionalism to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
• Assisting with applicant screening and compliance with affordable housing programs, where applicable.
• Supporting daily operations alongside the Property Manager to ensure apartments are ready for move-in and meet quality standards.
• Maintaining leasing and traffic data, responding to inquiries, and implementing creative sales and marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Engaging with residents through thoughtful service, coordinating resident events, and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Participating in company training programs to continuously grow your knowledge and skills in property management.
• Upholding high standards for customer service, resident satisfaction, and professionalism in all interactions.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in leasing or a related customer service/sales role
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
