Job summary

Roundhouse, located in Eagle, ID, seeks a Leasing Consultant to manage the leasing process from first hello to signed lease and to keep residents happy. This full-time role emphasizes occupancy goals, strong sales, and exceptional service.

You’ll tour communities, verify eligibility, maintain CRM records, and collaborate on marketing and events. Prior multifamily sales and CRM experience are a plus; compensation is hourly with commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Strong sales and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between properties as needed.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You are the front line of the community and the engine behind occupancy.
• Welcome prospects, answer questions, and verify eligibility as the first contact.
• Build resident relations, address concerns, and drive retention.
• Walk the community daily to maintain tour paths and amenities.
• Prepare and process notices to vacate, renewals, applications, and move-ins/outs.
• Hit occupancy, renewals, and turn-time goals, with a 35% rental closing ratio.
• Maintain CRM records and track local market trends.
• Support marketing initiatives and plan resident events.
