Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners seeks a Leasing Consultant in Chattanooga to warmly greet prospects, lead engaging apartment tours, and manage inquiries to help residents choose Hawthorne as their home.

As a member of the Live It culture, you will coordinate resident events, support occupancy goals, and foster a friendly, well-maintained community. A high school diploma and customer service experience are preferred, with opportunities for growth and commissions.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Ability to greet residents and prospects warmly and professionally

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism
• Conduct personalized apartment tours that highlight the lifestyle and value of the community
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly and thoroughly
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and new move-in paperwork accurately
• Contribute to community occupancy and renewal goals
• Coordinate and attend resident events and community engagement initiatives
• Promote a clean, welcoming environment in the office and common areas
