Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is assisting a Bradenton-based law firm with a robust real estate practice in recruiting a Leasing Attorney. The attorney will focus on drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial leases across a diverse property portfolio including retail, mixed-use, healthcare, and industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of substantive commercial leasing experience, is licensed to practice in Florida, and can manage multiple transactions with strong client communication

• 2–5 years of substantive experience in commercial leasing.
• Licensed to practice in Florida and in good standing.
• Proficient in lease negotiation and documentation for diverse asset types.
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leasing transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise lease agreements, lease amendments, and related documentation
• Negotiate lease terms on behalf of property owners and developers

This position, offered through a legal recruiting partner, involves providing legal support for a diverse property portfolio spanning commercial, retail, mixed-use, healthcare, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience in lease drafting, negotiation, and client advisory, with a working understanding of landlord-tenant matters and regulatory compliance.

Duties

• Draft and revise lease agreements, lease amendments, and related documentation
• Negotiate lease terms on behalf of property owners and developers
