Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Agent for Breton Mill Apartments in Houston. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, and close leases to maintain high occupancy, while delivering excellent resident service.

Requirements include at least 1 year leasing experience, strong sales and communication, a flexible weekend schedule, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual EN/ES is a plus; relocation within 20 miles may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED).
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects.
• Generate new traffic through outreach and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and maintain positive resident relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
• Support the Property Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
