Job summary

The Tipton Group is seeking a friendly Leasing Agent to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process.

You will greet guests, tour communities, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals. OneSite experience is preferred, and a sales mindset with strong follow-up is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year apartment leasing experience.
• Working knowledge of OneSite software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective and current residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct apartment and community tours with prospective residents.
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, online leads, and in person.
• Follow up daily with prospective residents and assist them throughout the leasing process.
• Build rapport with prospects and help convert leads into new residents.
• Provide information regarding apartment availability, pricing, amenities, and community features.
• Prepare leasing documents, applications, and other required paperwork.
• Collect applicable deposits, fees, and payments.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in OneSite.
• Assist with resident questions and provide excellent customer service.
• Work with the property management team to support occupancy and resident retention goals.
