Responsibilities include maintaining vacancy lists, promoting properties on marketing platforms, responding to inquiries, conducting showings, processing applications, coordinating maintenance, and performing move‑in/out inspections.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Residential Leasing License within 120 days.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
