Responsibilities

• Manage daily apartment community operations.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, occupancy, and resident relations.
• Lead and support on-site staff.
• Coordinate vendors, maintenance, repairs, and property needs.
• Conduct property walks and inspections.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, delinquency, and property performance.
• Handle resident concerns professionally and quickly.
• Support marketing efforts to increase traffic and occupancy.

This is a great fit for someone with apartment management experience who enjoys leading a team, supporting residents, improving occupancy, and keeping the property running smoothly.

Candidates with luxury, lease-up, rehab, tax credit, or affordable housing experience are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily apartment community operations
• Oversee leasing, renewals, occupancy, and resident relations

What We’re Looking For

• Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends as needed
